How is the "Government" of "Myanmar" censoring this web site?

I just went to this web site and saw bunches of question marks that is claimed to be a result of %26quot;governmental%26quot; interference. How is this possible? Does the host of this site reside in Burma? If not how can they get away with such censorship? Is this not against some sort of law?

How is the %26quot;Government%26quot; of %26quot;Myanmar%26quot; censoring this web site?

They have agents that work extrajudicial overseas undercover. Its called a secret police. Just like Soviet Russia%26#039;s KGB, they secretly go outside of their borders and assassinate or kidnap political dissidents and shut down media against their government outside of their own borders. Scary Isn%26#039;t it?

SAVE THIS WEBSITE ON A DISK! IN CASE THE JUNTA SHUTS IT DOWN! SAVE EVERY PAGE OF THAT BLOG ON A DISK!

EDIT: The more people that that spread the words, the harder it will be for junta agents to stop it. So keep copying it, even try UPLOADING IT ON LIME WIRE so that millions of people will have it and make it impossible to trace. Limewire is legal to use as long as its not used for copyright material. THE BLOG CREATERS EXPLICITLY DEMAND IT TO BE COPIED AND SPREAD TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. SO PUT THIS ON LIMEWIRE OR BITORRENT TO HELP THEM!

Kudos- To Love Of Truth and all other Freedom Fighters out there.

They shut down the internet.

Other Replys:I have been posting this link. It is a blog run by dissidents in Burma. They are using whatever means to they can, risking their lives, to post it. It is very real and anti-Government. Heed the messages.

Edit: The government is TRYING to shutdown communications. The dissidents are defiant and resourceful.

Other Replys:Most of the question marks don%26#039;t seem to be real question marks, but rather replacements for UTF-8 Burmese characters whose font isn%26#039;t installed on most computers in the U.S. As for the website, other posters seem to know more about it than I do.

Other Replys:1am PDT: I was able to get the link. Apparently the Myanmar government has decided to go back on the Internet. The uprising must be over or I have a magic computer.
