I have downloaded website templates from the net, and edited them according to my needs... but i do not know how to host the website(template i edited) online ... i have tried a free web hosting site... using a subdomain and all... but it is not getting published at all. When i open the site uploaded thru the saved one on my pc it works on the net... but the site is shown to be under construction to others.

You didn%26#039;t link those files correctly and that%26#039;s why you can%26#039;t see it from others%26#039; computer but yours. Basically you%26#039;re currently linking all the from directly from your computer and when you publish it, it%26#039;s calling out from your computer instead of your hosting server, of course others are not able to view but you.
