I need help with how to make a web template design. I know HTML and CSS. I can use Dreamweaver and I have a host. I just want to find out how to make my own template. I have been searching the web for a decent guide but found none. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Every page made outside of these standards is simply corrected by browsers today, if browsers stop fixing these mistakes then its likely your page won%26#039;t render right on the web of tomorrow.
