Looking for an ASAP web design person to set up a Q %26amp; A web forum for advanced horseplayers. They ask each other plus forum moderator questions. They are NOT allowed to exchange e-mail addresses with each other. The purpose of forum site is to attract users who will then buy handicapping data from the firm hosting the forum. We need a quick and accurate designer. We know there many templates out there which we can use, but we%26#039;re under a timeline and do not wish to do it ourselves.
